Airtex (India) Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2005 as a Pvt. Ltd. company by Mr. R P Porwal, Managing Director, who is having practical hands of more than two decades in the textile discipline. Mr. Porwal is the trend maker by nature. He launched Airtex (India) Pvt. Ltd. with high-speed new AIRJET weaving technology, which is first time m the Vastanagri, Bhilwara.

Before incorporating the Airtex (India) Pvt. Ltd. Mr. RP Porwal was director in M/s Sukhsagar Synthetics Pvt. Ltd: Bhilwara and M/s Raghu Synthetics, Bhilwara since 1988. He was holding the responsibility of Director (works) and left no stone unturned to make the Brand "SATKAR" a synonym of Quality. He is the man behind the number of new weaving designs and qualities available in the textile market today. Mr. Porwal is a visionary and has proved number of-time his habit of breaking the existing old paradigms and making new trends in the textile industry.

Primary focus of Airtex (India) Pvt. Ltd is to cater the needs of the readymade garment and-export markets. At present company is having 30 new technology AIRJET Looms and planning to expand its capacity up to 40 looms very shortly. The present weaving capacity of the plant is Six Lac meters cloth fabric per month (approx.).

Most of the production related facilities at Airtex are automatic using state-of-the-art technology, which makes the Airtex (India) Pvt. Ltd. as one of the most modern weaving plant in the Vastranagri, Bhilwara. Airtex is having full fledged in-house facilities for stringent quality control of cloth fabrics starting from the yarn at inward stage to the final despatch at customer end: The employees at Airtex are considered as asset of the company.
